Life story                                                                                                       

    When I saw this magnificent girl, I immediately knew she was going to join me. She was the one and only horse I would love with all my heart. I was also pleased to know her grandmother and her parents, because before she became adult I knew she would look like a pearl from the sea.

    Her grandmother, Merelliä, was a descendent from the noble line of Viggönan horses. She was a great mare and loyal friend. Unfortunately, she died soon after I got to know her. Few years after she had left this world, I got a call from her breeder. They bought a pregnant mare and she happened to be a child of Merelliä. Till that time, nobody knew she had a foal. The now full-grown child was called Umut and I was truly startled by this weird name. I decided to go to the farm and have a look at her. She was just like her mother – tall and slim with perfectly blue body. Her belly was huge and I wanted to know much more about this great mare.

    I went to the breeder's office and we discussed everything. I instantly proposed my interest in this mare, I wanted to buy her. The breeder told me she was kept in Turkey, that’s where her name came from. She also told me it means Hope. As well as Umut, they also had bought Kasirga, who was a father of the unborn foal. But I was only interested in Umut. All I wanted was to keep her, to take care of her. Therefore I came every day to the stables to look after her since then. I really loved that sparkling horse, she was neat and clever and she showed me her love, too.

    But one day I got a call from the breeder. I had to leave the job earlier to get there in time. I was told Umut had somehow escaped the fence and she had fallen into ditch. She was not able to get out because of her belly and it seemed she was hurt badly. I was in shock and didn’t know what to do. They had already called a vet and he was on his way to the farm. I ran towards the ditch only to see Umut dying slowly and painfully. I looked in her wide open eyes and I couldn’t imagine the horror she was going through. The vet finally arrived; he jumped into the ditch to find out her injuries. His gaze searched mine. I finally took a deep breath and looked at him and the only thing he did was slowly shook his head. I understood the message – she was not going to make it. And I couldn’t bear the pain. I ran away like a coward. I left her there. I left her to die alone. And I will blame myself for that forever.

    The very next day they called me again and said the vet was able to save the foals. “The foals?” I was really surprised to hear there were two of them. But I was in serious frustration and I refused to visit the farm. I tried to move on, to forget about the beautiful Farrosian mare with ocean-coloured eyes.

    One day, after four years, I received an invitation card for the celebration of fourth birthday of the twins. Isineria and Layam are pleased to invite you all to our annual celebration with barbecue – was printed in bold on the piece of paper. Just as every year.

    4. 3. 2015 – I decided to go to the party. I was determined to put the past behind me and to that I had to get to know the descendents of Umut and Kasirga. I arrived right in time to serve the cake. It was made of carrots and apples. When the horses approached I stood there in complete astonishment. I even stopped breathing, so beautiful she was. The breeder – Efirende – asked me why I didn’t arrive the previous years. ”I was too afraid." “Oh...,” said Efirende. She seemed a little nervous but finally she spoke again. “I would like you to keep Isineria. I know how much you loved Umut and her mother. I believe she will be better than OK with you.” For second time during one day I stood there amazed. I stared at the violet Farrosian with bright dapples. Umut had no dapples and so did her mother. It must have been inherited from her father's line. She is incredibly purple, and her brother has also purple markings, but he is mainly black. I step forward to take a better look at her. She is much taller than her ancestors. She is even higher than Layam. I can't believe how lucky I am to finally have my own Farrosian horse, a mare. From now on, I will definitely celebrate her birthday every year together with her.
    
    5. 3. 2015 - Today is our first day to be together. I have already recognized some of her qualities but mostly in a bad way. I was trying to get to know her and I have brought some sugar lumps for her. She snatched it so quickly that some of them fell on the ground. I thought she would just pick it up and eat it, but she didn’t. I had to pick it up for her and offer it again. But she knew it was on the ground and therefore she didn’t even touch it! I was so upset with her cocky behaviour so I just left to calm down. This will be harder than I thought...

    
    15.3.2015 - It was a cloudy day, not very pleasant weather for being outside. Still, Isineria was somehow nervous since morning and I could tell she was going to give birth. And I was right. She stayed strong and became a proud mother after few difficult hours. But the foal was hiding itself behind her all day and I even wasn't able to say if it was a boy or a girl. Only today, a day after its arrivel to the new world, I finally saw it in its full beauty. And it was a boy! He was still uncertain on his feet and fell couple of times, but Isineria was always there to help him. I named him Sinerus. His great-grandmother, Merelliä, would have been really proud of him. I discovered he has some kind of double starfield on his forehead - one inhereted after Is and the other after Elborak. His Moonlight was charmingly small and I also find out he has light silver dapples all over his body. That was a shock for me, cause Is only has some dapples over her back and a little on her neck. So I went to Efirende and she told me Elborak is a bearer of dapple gene but it is not visible on him. So I guess by merging these two horses, the gene showed off. Imagine my surprise when he started to run all around the pasture and show his reignite mane and tail! I was happy to see a violet strand in it, Isineria's violet color expressed itself there! By the time he became quite tired, the little flame elemental I won with Is accompanied him.
